Sunshine & Flowers

Here's another card featuring the Sunshine & Flowers stamp set that Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps recently brought out of the vault.  This time I made a slimline card and created a simple stamped background with the butterflies from Embrace Change.

A friend loveth at all times

Today's card features three of the newest Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps sets. To create my background, I tore the edges of a piece of white cardstock and randomly stamped flowers and postal images over it. I inked the edges in the same ink to help it stand out from the card base a bit more. The butterfly was stamped in waterproof ink and colored with Arteza Real Brush Pens.

Happy Mother's Day

I'm up on the Stamp Simply blog today with this bright n cheery Mother's Day card featuring their Coffee or Tea? dies and the Summer Roses stamp set. Instead of using the coordinating die for the roses, I stamped the center rose six times and fussy cut it to form the pretty little bouquet sticking out of my tea cup. (Note: To create the smaller size I cut just the inside of that center rose.)
