I made this fun step card using several different stamp sets.
Thinking it will make one of my "older" friends smile on one of their bad days!
Supplies used: Loads of Love (Stampin' Up), Around the Block (Close To My Heart), Outdoor Fun (Fiskars), You are my Sunshine (Stampin' Up), Shredding Scissors, Fence Border Punch (Martha Stewart)
I had printed the dolls first thinking I'd attach fabric, paper, ribbon to decorate them with. Then I got the "brilliant" idea to print clothes to color and paste on (easier for littler ones), so I had to resize everything. Next time I will print dolls and clothes that actually go together to save myself the "headache."
I had so much fun making this sea themed step card.
It fits perfectly with the Kraft Journal's challenge this week.
Supplies used: KRAFT cardstock, Graphics from Digi Web Studio, Small Shell stamp, Shifting Sands (Rubber Stampede), Sea Breeze (Inkadinkado), You Are My Sunshine (Stampin' Up), Small Bird Stamp, Tim Holtz Blending Tool
My daughter's Sunday School teacher is retiring soon so I wanted to make something EXTRA special as a thank you for the years she has poured herself into molding the lives of kids!
I made the above "envelope" out of a white lunch bag.
Tucked inside is an mini envelope with a cash appreciation gift and...
...a simple embossed card to write out our gratitude to her.
Inside the card I included Isaiah 52:7 -- I thought it was especially appropriate for this occasion.
A view of everything tucked inside.
Supplies used: Sewing Machine, Branch Punch (Martha Stewart), Embroidery Deep Edge Punch (Martha Stewart), 3-D Flowers Die (Sizzix), Beaded Ovals Nestabilities, (Spellbinders), Large Flower and Leaves Slim Punch (ek success), Birds and Swirls embossing folder (Provo Craft), Prismacolor Scholar Pencils
